I made this cake use royal icing. I love to use royal icing. It is a pure white icing the dries to a hard details. I really enjoyed to made these two cakes.
I love chocolate cake! Its very sweet, very moist and it has a soft crumb. I have enjoyed baking from this chocolate cake..Chocolate butter cream filling and frosting. Sprinkled some crushed candy cane on top of the cake.
I made this cake for a last Christmas time! Delicious!
